None appears for the Appellant.

          The record shows that the Appellant has been very lackadaisical in pursuing the Appeal.  No steps were taken on his behalf on 08.06.2022.  Thereafter on the last date (19.12.2022), adjournment had been sought on his behalf by circulating a letter.  Written synopsis from his side has still not been filed in spite of the direction passed on the last date; Respondent No.3 has complied with the said order.

          In the given circumstances, we are of the opinion that                     no further indulgence need be shown to the Appellant.  The Appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to seek its

revival, if so warranted, by showing Sufficient Cause.  No order as to costs.
