The case has been placed today before the Lok Adalat. A joint compromise has been filed by the parties stating therein that they have avicably settled the matter for a sum of Rs. 41,000/- (Fourty One Thousand Rupees Only). Applicant has also filed his aadhar card and bank details for obtaining the cheque or D.D from the opp. Accordingly this case is disposed of in the before the Lok-Adalat. Put up the case recoed on 26/12/2024 awaiting payment of settlement amount by the opp to the complainant.
