Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 16.04.2019. Complainant has failed to appear from last several date of hearings i.e. 16.03.2022, 06.04.2022, 08.02.2023. Complainant has also not taken steps directed to him vide order dated 08.02.2023. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
