Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 28.03.2012. Complainant is not appearing for last two dates of hearing i.e. 23.02.2022 and 07.11.2023. On 07.11.2023 last opportunity was given to parties to address arguments. Today also complainant has not appeared. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
