ORDER

     Two vakalatnamas, i.e., one on behalf of OP No.1 & 2 and another on behalf of OP No.3, filed. Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 has handed over a cheque bearing No.128169 dated 01.11.2019 for Rs.1,49,435/- to the counsel for complainant, who has received this cheque as full and final settlement and recorded his statement separately withdrawing the instant complaint being settled, subject to realization of cheque. Photocopy of cheque placed on record. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled, subject to realization of cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
