Complaisant was absent on 11/05/2015 & 27/05/2015.without step.

Upon such on 11/05/2015 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 29/06/2015 for filing show cause .

On 29/06/2015 i.e today complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case

Upon such observation and considering the facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
