ORDER

                   Sh. Nitin Thatai, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   The OPs offer to pay Rs.22628/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute. Upon payment of the aforesaid amount, there would be no claim under the policy in dispute.  The amount will be paid within 45 days from today. 

                   Sh. Brij Mohan Mahajan, Complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   I accept the offer.  I withdraw this complaint.

                   In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.22628/- in full & final settlement of the dispute within 45 days from today, failing which the  OPs shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
