Power of attorney on behalf of the complainant filed. Counsel for the complainant moved application stating therein that in the present complaint, parties have arrived at compromise and the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint against the opposite party and prayed that case file may kindly be taken up and present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. File taken up today.  Sh.Munish Kohli, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that she has received a cheque bearing No.141206 dated 2.12.2019 for Rs.49800/- from the opposite parties in the Forum today as full and final settlement of the claim and withdrew the present complaint. On the other hand, Sh.Mohan Arora, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties got recorded his statement that  he has received the commission amount in the shape of draft from the agent namely Nitasha Duggal vide draft bearing No.502004 dt.7.12.2019 for Rs.22400/- as partial commission amount of the 3 policies i.e.policy No.C212393712 in the name of Sandeep Kumar, policy No.C197262670 in the name of Sanayam Wadhawan and policy No.C197264238 in the name of Jyotika Bhandari and that there is no other liability of said agent regarding aforesaid policies. He further stated that today, he has handed over cheque No.141206 dt.2.12.2019 for Rs.49800/- issued in favour the complainant Jyotika Bhandari to the counsel Sh.Munish Kohli and her policy in dispute has been cancelled.  Consequently, in view of the above statements, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
