          File taken up today on the application moved by the counsel for the complainant. Sh.Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that he has received a cheque bearing No.867405 dated 12.2.2019 for Rs.37350/- from the opposite party No.1 in the Forum today as full and final settlement of the claim and withdrew the present complaint. On the other hand, Sh.Mohan Arora, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that  he has received the commission amount in the shape of draft from the opposite party No.3 and that there is no liability of the opposite party No.3 towards opposite parties No.1 & 2 with regard to the policy in question as the company has already received the commission amount paid to the opposite party No.3 with regard to the policy and has cancelled the policy of the complainant and has paid the premium amount. Consequently, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
