Final Order
Parties are present through their respective Ld. Advocates. Today the Dhr has filed one petition stating that his grievance has already been redressed by the Jdrs as per the order under execution. The record reveals that the Jdrs have already paid the punitive damage of the SCDRC as per the final order on the earlier date i.e. 20.07.2018. As the Jdrs have fully complied with the final order passed by this Ld. Forum with which is under execution, hence the present execution application being No. 104/2015 is disposed of on full and final satisfaction.
