Ld. Advocate for the Applicant is present.  The Applicant has filed this Transfer Application praying for transfer of the Case No. 567 of 2014 from the Ld. DCDRF, North 24 Parganas to the Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-I.  Heard the Ld. Advocate.  It appears that the Complaint Case has been disposed of, vide judgment dt. 26.11.2015 passed by the Ld. DCDRF, North 24 Parganas.  Therefore, this Transfer Application against the disposed of case does not lie.  The Transfer Application is thus disposed of.
