ORDER

After arguing the matter at some length in regard to the entertainability of the complaint, learned counsel for the complainant prays that the complaint may be returned to the complainant with liberty to file the same before the appropriate consumer forum, i.e., Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The complaint is, therefore, disposed / returned with liberty to the complainant to file the same before the Maharashtra State Commission within a period of 15 days from today.
