ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellants apprised that settlement had already been affected between the parties and the present appeal be disposed of in view of the said settlement. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of.

          The appellants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by them in terms of order dated 05-08-2016 along with interest accrued, if any.

          A copy of the order be given dasti.
