Today is fixed for admission hearing.
Heard the complainant on admissibility of the consumer complaint. Considered.
Perused the complaint petition and annexure thereto from which it appears that the complainant resides at 87A/1, Bose Pukur Road, P.S.-Kasba, Kolkata-700042 and the address of the OP 14, Vivekananda Road, P.S.-Santoshpur, Kolkata-700075, both the address are beyond the jurisdiction of this Commission and the cause title of the complaint petition, the address of the complainant is noted as C/o Kotak Mahindra Life, Ideal Plaza, 2nd floor, RM-21, Kolkata-700071 whereas no police station has been mentioned even no documents has been filed for the complainant in support of the address.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the matter for further proceedings and accordingly the same is not admitted.
However, liberty given to the complainant to file the same on the same of action in appropriate forum or court of law, if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.
