ORDER PRONOUNCED BY THIRU. S. PANDIAN, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thiruvallur.
Complainant is called absent. No other representation till 12.20 P.M. The Opposite Party is represented by the staff concerned and stated that the complainant is continuously absent for a long time. It is noticed from the adjudication that the complainant is continuously absent from 16/12/2013 and not come forward to file the Proof affidavit on his side. The counsel for the complainant is also not appeared continuously. It clearly shows the disinterest of the complainant who being the police officials and literate and law abiding citizen. Therefore there is no justification to prolong further without any progress. Hence, the complaint is dismissed for default. No Costs.
