                                         Both the Complainant and his Advocate are present. Heard. The withdrawal petition filed by the Complainant is allowed as the Tahasildar, Bhograi assured the Complainant to do the good in converting the land as per law of the land and the Complainant does not want to proceed this case further.

                                         Hence, the case is withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The case need not be posted to 28.03.23.
