After making the arguments for some time on the question of maintainability of the present complaint, counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the present complaint, however with liberty to the complainant to seek his remedy elsewhere, i.e., appropriate court / tribunal in accordance with law. The complaint as such is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
