Case called twice – Appellant not present since long time – No representation – So far arguments not submitted before this Commission inspite of sufficient opportunity provided to her and also imposition of cost.  Mere filing of an appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant.  We consider that the appellant is not interested in continuing the case, as such, the appeal is dismissed.
