Final Order / Judgement

The matter is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

Learned Central Govt. Counsel submits that they will obey the impugned order subject to reduction of compensation to Rs.1500/-. This is a matter of 2012 and therefore the appeal is disposed of by modifying the order by directing to pay Rs.1500/- to the complainant.

The appeal is disposed of in Lok Adalat.
