Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petitions have become infructuous and the same may be disposed of being infructuous. Further, it is stated that grounds taken in these petitions have also been taken in (FA No. 766 of 2013 M/s Emmar MGF Land Ltd. Vs. Sweenie Reddy Loka and Anr.) and (FA. No. 767 of 2013 Emmar MGF Land Ltd. Vs. Prabhakar Reddy Soilipuram & Anr.) In view of the above statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, above revision petitions stand disposed of being infructuous.
