Perused record.

 We find that this case record was placed before  the First National Lok Adalat which was held on 11.02.2023.

 Case record has disposed of in the First National Lok Adalat vide order dtd. 11.02.2023.

  Hon’ble  First National Lok Adalat passed  the following order:-

“ that the dispute is settled. Complainant will pay RS.2,500/- (Two Thousand and Five Hundred Rupees) to the OP and OP will deliver the photographs relating to marriage ceremony of complainant- Debjyoti Roy. Those photographs are the photographs of bride’s house and photographs of bride-groom’s house along with videography of both houses. Today OP handed over all the photographs and videos which were taken in the aforesaid marriage ceremony in a pen drive at the hand of complainant. Complainant will select the photographs and videography and thereafter, he will return the pen drive within 7 days from this day at the hand of his Ld. Advocate who subsequently will handover at the hand of Ld. Advocates for the OP. On that  time, complainant will supply a  list regarding selection of photographs and videography and that will be  handover  to the hand of Ld. Advocate for the OP through the aforesaid process. Thereafter, OP will again handover the pen drive by designing to the hand of complainant through their Advocates within next 7 days. Thereafter, complainant will again send the pen drive to the OP through their Ld. Advocates through the aforesaid process. Thereafter, OP will deliver the photographs to the complainant as per their original agreement within next 45 days and on that time complainant will pay aforesaid amount of Rs. 2,500/- to the OP. Any kind of deviation of this order will come in execution proceeding.”

 In view of aforesaid order of Hon’ble  First National Lok Adalat dtd. 11.02.2023, present case should be disposed of.

Hence,

 it is,

ordered.

that the present case be and the same vide no. CC/189/2019 is disposed of as per order of Hon’ble  First National Lok Adalat dtd. 11.02.2023.

Let  a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.
