[1] None is present for both the parties. Notice sent through the Commission is received back with postal endorsement ‘closed’. Appellant has failed to furnish his latest postal address. This State Commission has no mean to trace out the address of the parties. Today, Adv.S.B.Prabhawalkar is not present who made a statement that he will communicate to the appellant about the proceedings. However, when matter was called out in the first session, nobody was present for the appellant. Hence, matter was kept back and again called out in the second session. In the second session also, none was present for the appellant. Hence, appeal stands dismissed in default for want of effective proceedings.
