ORDER

Mr. Aditya Narain, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants, on instructions received has made a statement that the matter has been amicably settled between the Parties on 03.10.2016 and the amount has been refunded/paid to the Respondent/Complainant on 20.03.2017.

The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the Parties.  If any amount has been deposited by the Appellants pursuant to any Interim Order passed by this Commission, the same along with accrued interest, if any, shall be refunded to the Appellants.
