ORDER

During the pendency of this appeal, disputes/subject matter of the complaint giving rise to this appeal have been settled between the parties.  An application praying for disposal of this appeal in terms of the settlement has been filed.  In view of the settlement, we dispose of the appeal with the direction that the amount deposited by the appellant in this Commission in terms of order dated 27.02.2014 along with interested accrued thereon, if any, shall be released to the appellant forthwith.  However, the statutory deposit made by the appellant at the time of filing the appeal shall be

transferred to the Consumer Legal Aid Account.  Appeal stands disposed of.
