Petitioner has, so far, not filed certified copy of impugned order as well copy of application for condonation of delay filed before the State Commission and in such circumstances, without certified copy of the State Commission’s order, revision petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed.

          Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as parties are living in Chhattisgarh State and complaint was filed in Orissa, he could not contact the parties.  This is no ground for adjournment because before three months, last opportunity was granted and it was specifically mentioned that if certified copy is not filed, revision petition shall be dismissed.  Consequently, revision petition filed by the petitioner stands dismissed for non-compliance of directions.
