     Complainant has filed a letter in the office stating that OPPOSITE PARTY has agreed to pay Rs.10,000/- towards the claim and agreed to take back the defective goods as is where is condition. In view of this he wants the complaint to be withdrawn. Hence the same is permitted and the complaint is closed as withdrawn.
