          MR. JUSTICE VIRENDRA SINGH, PRESIDENT(ORAL)

          This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant.  The appeal was filed defective on 23-08-2013. The defects have not been removed by the appellant despite the notice sent to the appellant. However, an application has been sent by post by the appellant that the defects may be removed through video conferencing which is not possible in this case as the defects are pertaining to Index, Copy of Written Statement, Bench Copy and Steps for service.

Looking into this fact that defects have not been removed by the appellant nor the appellant is appearing, we are of this view that this appeal deserves to be dismissed in default of the appellant and is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant.
