Notice sent to the appellant and her counsel was received back with postal remarks o such person on this addressand eftrespectively. The appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. The authorized representative of the appellant, Mr. M.C. Chaurasia, on receipt of the copy of the order dismissing the appeal for non-prosecution, telephonically informed the office that their counsel Dr. R.S. Chaurasia had died in the year 2010 and they had also furnished new postal address of the appellant to this Commission vide their earlier letter dated 29-04-2011. But, notice was not sent at the new address. Office is directed to advise the authorised representative for the appellant to move an application on judicial side to enable us to recall the order passed on the judicial side.
