1.       RA/84/2021 has been filed by the Appellant against the order passed by this Commission dated 23.08.2021 in FA/98/2021, whereby the Appeal was dismissed.

2.       I have carefully gone through the review application as well as the impugned order dated 23.08.2021. Order dated 23.08.2021 was passed after hearing the Appellant in person and carefully examining the record. I do not find any error apparent in the impugned order which would warrant a review in the matter.

3.       Accordingly, the review application is dismissed.
