Order no. 4 , dt. 2.5.2023

Today is fixed for filing w/v by op-1 to 4.

 Both sides are found ready.  W/v has been filed by op-1 and maintainability application has been filed by op-3 & 4. 

At this stage the complainant files one petition stating that the entire claimed amount has been received by them.  So they are not inclined to proceed with this case and would like to withdraw this case.  This district commission is of the view that they should not stand on the way to this.  So this complaint case has been dismissed as it is withdrawn.

 No order is passed as to cost.
