Hazira is filed on behalf of the O.P. through Ld. G.P., Bankura.

Received compliance report from the O.P. authority stating that the order dated: 16-11-2022 has been duly complied with by encashing the KVPs in question in favour of the complainant by issuing Cheque No.026636, dated: 22-11-2022.

The complainant has already got the relief as prayed for and so the case need not continue further.

Hence it is ordered……

That the case is disposed of in favour of the complainant without cost.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Judgement free of cost.
