Complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties and  he does not want to pursue with the complaint and withdraw the same.

In view of aforesaid statement, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
