                        In compliance of the order of the Hon’ble National Commission dated 5.7.2010 passed in RP No.2117 of 2010, the OP deposited Rs.78,591/- vide cheque dated 21.7.2010 with this Forum on 27.7.2010. The said cheque of Rs.78,591/- has been deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Notice was issued to complainant. Despite service the complainant has not turned up. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record about depositing the amount. The application be consigned.

                        Certified copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
