ORDER

Present:        None for complainant.

                     Despite case called several times since morning, but neither complainant turn up. Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice as well as payment of Rs.500/-. Complainant not appeared as well as cost also not paid. Perusal of case file shows that complainant had already availed more than 12 effective opportunities but notice could not be issued for want of RC/AD etc. Complaint is pending since 2020.  It appears that complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint and thus the same stands dismissed in default. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
