ORDER

PER SURESH CHANDRA, MEMBER Since the dispute in question involves allegations of theft of power, in view of the judgement of the Honle Supreme Court in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmad (Civil Appeal No.4566/2012 decided on 01.07.2013), the consumer fora has no jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. Accordingly, the revision petition is allowed and complaint is dismissed. Complainant/respondent is, however, granted liberty to avail remedy before the proper forum.
