None of the parties have filed attendance or time petition and none of them appeared on call. The petitioner has not filed attendance since 20.01.18. on 30.11.17  the petitioner had taken time for impleading as party to the Financer who had Financed the Vehicle in question and has taken back the same but since then he is absent. The case is of the year 2012 and uptil now not even a single witness has been examined and both the parties have left the pairvi in the case which show that the parties have not got any interest now in the case.

 

        Upon the aforesaid facts and the circumstances of the case,this complainant case is being dismissed for default.
