Counsel for the petitioners heard.  The relevant order runs as follows:-

“Despite the fact that the O.P’s are granted sufficient time to file counter, the OP’s have not chosen to file any counter.  In those circumstances, the direction petition is ordered and there shall be interim direction as prayed for and notice.  Call on 15.04.2014.”

          The petitioner admits that counter affidavit was filed after 25th March 2014 but in the month of March itself.  The petitioner did not file the reply to the interim direction.  He has cited an authority reported in the case “Sundaram Automobiles versus C.N. Anantharam and Another” (2010) 13 Supreme Court Cases 721. 

Petitioner is given the liberty to file the reply to the notice and matter be decided after he files the reply before the State Commission.

The Revision Petition stands disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the State Commission on 22.07.2014.
