Perused record.

 We find that this case record was placed before  the First National Lok Adalat which was held on 11.02.2023.

 Case record has disposed of in the First National Lok Adalat vide order dtd. 11.02.2023.

  Hon’ble  First National Lok Adalat passed  the following order:-

“ that the dispute is setted and OP will pay Rs. 11,500/- in favour of the complainant  and complainant will not take any Auto rickshaw from the OP.

 OP will pay  the aforesaid amount within  one month from this date, failing which matter will come in execution proceeding.”

 In view of aforesaid order of Hon’ble  First National Lok Adalat dtd. 11.02.2023, present case should be disposed of.

Hence,

 it is,

ordered.

that the present case be and the same vide no. CC/95/2021 is disposed of as per order of Hon’ble  First National Lok Adalat dtd. 11.02.2023.

Let  a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.
