Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that since the dispute, subject matter of the present Execution Revision Petition, has been amicably settled between the parties out of court and even the Complaint has been dismissed as not pressed, he has instructions              not to press the present Revision Petition.  He, however, prays that the terms of settlement incorporated in the document dated 16.01.2018, certified copy of which has been placed on record before us, be taken on record.

        In view of the submission, the Settlement Deed is taken on record and as prayed, the Execution Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
