Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submitted compromise alongwith order of Chief Administrator, Housing Board Haryana and submitted that in the light of order passed by Chief Administrator, respondent is ready to make payment of extra land at the rate of Rs. 7,500/- per sq. yard alongwith 9% per annum compound interest and petitioner will adjust already deposited amount in the due amount and the Revision Petition be disposed of accordingly. In the light of compromise arrived at between the parties, Revision Petition is disposed of and order passed by learned State Commission is modified and respondent is directed to make payment at the rate of Rs. 7,500/- per sq. yard of the extra land measuring 184.473 sq. yards with 9% per annum compound interest and petitioner shall adjust Rs. 1,03,741/- already deposited by respondent alongwith 9% per annum compound interest. Revision Petition stands disposed of as above and impugned order passed by learned State Commission dated 12.10.2012 in First Appeal No. 683/2011, Housing Board & Anr. Vs. Sunil Bhardav is modified as directed above.
