It is stated by learned Counsel appearing for both the parties that the disputes, subject matter of the present Appeals, have since been amicably settled and as a matter of fact, the execution also stands satisfied.

               In view of the above, no further orders are called for in these two Appeals.  The same stand disposed of with no order as to costs.

               Since the matters have been amicably settled, we direct the office to refund to the Appellant the amounts deposited by them in terms of the interim orders passed as well as the statutory deposit.
