        Joint application is moved by the parties wherein it is stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. It is further stated and in terms of settlement, the FDR of Rs. 8,69,659/- deposited in this Commission along with interest having accrued thereon be released in favour of the respondent and Rs. 25,000/- in the form of another FDR statutory deposit be released in favour of the appellant. Application is jointly signed by the parties as well as the counsel for parties.

        Since the matter has been settled, the application stands allowed.

        Let the statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- along with interest be released in favour of the appellant and the second FDR of 8,69,659/- along with interest having accrued thereon be released in favour of the respondent.

        Appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement as has been stated above.

        File be consigned to record room.
