ORDER

Having regard to the quantum of the compensation awarded, i.e., Rs 1.00 lakh (out of which a sum of Rs.20,000/- already stands paid) on the

death of the insured, and bearing in mind the fact that the question sought to be raised in the present revision petition arises on the peculiar facts of the case with hardly any cascading effect, we do not find it to be a fit case for exercise of our revisional jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed, keeping open the question raised in the revision petition.
