ORDER

Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that all efforts to settle this matter in the execution proceedings will be made to which the Counsel for the Respondents did not object to.

        Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks to withdraw this Appeal.  Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the execution proceedings are continuing before the State Commission and the next date of hearing is 18.04.2018.

As prayed, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

         The statutory amount deposited by the Appellant at the time of filing of the Appeal shall stand transferred to the Consumer Legal Aid Account.
