FINAL O R D E R

DB.Binu, President

Both absent. No representation. Notice sent to the counsel for the complainant served on 25/03/2023. The counsel for the complainant has not appeared on the subsequent two posting dates of the case. In this case notice sent to the opposite party is not served and returned as “no such addressee”. Ample chances given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of opposite party. The complainant is absenting since 23/05/2022. Since the complainant has not furnished the ‘fresh address’ of opposite party and since continuously absenting, there is no scope in proceeding the case further.

Hence the case is dismissed as ‘default’ of the complainant.

Pronounced in the open Commission on this the 26th day of June, 2023
