Mr. Agrawal, learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant, submits that as per his instructions, the order, sought to be impugned in the present Appeal, has since been complied with and he has instructions not to press the Appeal.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the Appeal has been withdrawn at the threshold, the statutory amount deposited at the time of its filing shall be refunded to the Appellant.
