Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that since the dispute, subject matter of the present Appeal, has been amicably settled between the parties, he has instructions not to press the present Appeal.

The Respondent/Complainant is present in person.  She states that her dispute with the Appellants has been amicably resolved to her satisfaction.

In that view of the matter, the Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.

Since the dispute between the parties has been settled at the threshold, we direct that the statutory amount deposited by the Appellants at the time of filing the Appeal shall be refunded to them.
