The reviews were listed in Chamber; they were taken up in open Bench.

           These review applications have been filed against the Order dated 19.09.2018 passed by this Commission. 

           We have perused the two review applications (they are similar; in the review application filed in F.A. No. 1933 of 2017 paras 2 to 6 are erroneously numbered as 10 to 14).  We do not agree with their paras 2 to 8 as stated.

           The Order dated 19.09.2018 is self-contained and self-speaking.  We find no reason evident to re-open and re-examine the case in review.  We also find no reason evident on facts or law to in any manner modify or amend the Order dated 19.09.2018.

           The review applications, being misconceived and devoid of merit, are dismissed.  The Order dated 19.09.2018 stands as it stood.
