ORDER

Respondent No.1 is the only contesting respondent.  Notice issued to Respondent No.1 for 3.5.2011 had been received back with postal remarks “left”.  Fresh Notice was ordered to be issued for today.  Process was directed to be given Dasti as well.  It was mentioned that in case the petitioner is unable to serve Respondent No.1, then the petitioner shall move an application for substituted service on Respondent No.1.

Notice sent to Respondent No.1 has not been received back served or otherwise. 

Counsel for the petitioner has neither collected the Dasti process nor has filed the application for substituted service.  Dismissed for non-prosecution.
