ORDER

                Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that a Draft of ₹1,50,000/- has been handed over to AR of the Respondent today.

          AR of the Respondent submits that in view of this payment, the decree stands satisfied.

          The Appeal is dismissed as being infructuous with liberty to the Respondent to approach this Commission in case the Draft handed over is not honoured by the Bank.
